Alpha testing of googledoc's form for transactions. You're encouraged to play with it as much as you like. If you want to use it for actual transactions, please answer the final question with Actual and verify on the spreadsheet that it went through correctly. If it didn't, leave a comment so we can make the correction.
1.) Prepopulating data may come in the future, but so far, there's no way to imbed a live ticker in there.
2.) This will go through revisions, but feel free to suggest.
3.) Its' okay if you don't recognize some of the options. Split, for example, is probably not going to happen, but I like making up questions. Stock Exchange, however, goes mandatory starting February first.
